WHAT: Your dedicated bartender will guide you through 3 rare distilled spirits from around the country, describing the region where and how each product is made. Approximately 30 minutes.

'GOLDEN MILE' COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS
WHEN: Pre-booking only. Tuesday to Sunday, from 3 pm to 6 pm, subject to availability.
WHAT: In this 90-minute cocktail masterclass, you will learn how to make three of Dulcie's signature drinks, inspired by the people and places that have defined Sydney’s culture:
- Pretty Dulcie - Stone pine rhubarb gin shaken with lemon and sweetened with pear & rosemary syrup. Finished with a spray of honey & lemon myrtle vodka.
- Naughty Mrs Norton - Tromba tequila fatwashed with coconut and stirred with Mr Black, Marionette's cassis and a hint of macadamia bitters. Garnished with an orange twist.
- Lady Mavis's Tea - Not your Nanna's brandy shaken with brookies macadamia liqueur, lemon juice, house ginger syrup, davidson plum jam and a dash of Cinnamon & fig bitters.
Not only will you learn how to make some of Sydney’s hottest cocktails but you’ll hear stories from ‘the Cross’ and the people who have walked its streets and helped make it into one of Sydney’s most iconic locales. Classes include canapés and all the required paraphernalia to shake and stir like the best. All Australian spirits and produce.
