Baccomatto Osteria is a charming place to eat at the new dining precinct called "Newmarket" just a 5-10 minute from any of our Randwick properties. Walk down to Barker Street off Avoca (behind the hospital) - it's a lovely welcoming spot for alfresco dining in Randwick including an inventive childen's playground at the back of the restaurants and cafe area. Baccomatto is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sundays or Order Online and get delivered to your room.
The atmosphere is bustling, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The waiters all seem to be like family as they attend and recommend the specials and their own favourites to order. There's a Roman chef in the kitchen, and as they say "when in Rome" eat what the Romans eat! There's pizza by the slice and an extensive antipasto menu, with all your old favourites, as well as some tasty new bits and pieces to try. There's home made fresh pasta available 'Nona's way' daily. Try the cacio e pepe their signature Roman pasta, so rich, soo creamy, soooo cheesey.
There's daily fresh fish on the menu and meaty dishes for the segundi courses if you can eat more after the pizza and pasta and one of the lightest and fluffiest Tirimisu in Sydney! Go on and indulge yourself with the full dinner, or just enjoy an aperitivo with the antipasti. The choice is yours but limit yourself to just one visit!
