This group of restaurants is becoming a phenomenon around town. Wander down to the Newmarket Dining Precinct to experience the “noodle theatre” and watch the noodle masters work their craft of fresh Hakata-style noodles made in-house. Use the noodles to slurp up housemade broths, with pungent oils, and tangy vegetables or grilled meat toppings that bring together a delicious harmony of tastes.
The broths used are made from closely guarded secret recipes that have been passed down from the Ramen Masters of Japan.
