What are the reception's operating hours?

Monday - Saturday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM Sunday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM

If you are arriving after hours please contact The Blenheim Randwick direct to find out the late arrival instructions.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Please contact The Blenheim to advise your ETA before arrival.

Please note: Our GWB members are offered priority check-in.

Check-out until 10:00 AM

Can I store my luggage?
Yes, if you arrive prior to 2PM and your room is not ready, we would be happy to store your luggage.

What is the cancellation policy?

FLEXIBLE: If you have booked the Best Available Rate, cancellation is free of charge until 2pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the value of the first night booked. Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges. Payment will be taken upon check-in.


NON-REFUNDABLE: If you have booked a non-refundable or promotional rate (including all Stay & Save rates), any cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking. Booking modifications, including date changes are not allowed. Non-refundable bookings will be charged in full upon confirmation.


NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. If you have booked the Best Available Rate, you will incur a charge equivalent to the first night of the booking. If you have booked a non-refundable or promotional rate, you will be charged the full cost of the booking.


BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: For bookings made on the Best Available Rate, booking changes are subject to availability and any applicable charges. If a date change is possible, the originally booked nightly rate may be subject to change and a higher rate may apply.

For bookings made on any non-refundable or promotional rate, booking modifications are not allowed.


NEW YEARS EVE BOOKINGS: If any night falls between 30th December and 1st January (inclusive), your booking requires full prepayment on confirmation and is non-refundable. Bookings during this period should by default have a non-refundable policy, however should this be unclear, this clause would supersede others. Modifications and/or cancellations are strictly not allowed.

Is internet access provided?
Yes, we offer free unlimited wireless internet for all guests.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we do not have a restaurant at the property, however we offer room service until 9PM through a nearby restaurant.
Do you have a lift / elevator?
Yes. There is lift access to all three floors of the property.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
Yes, there are baby cots and extra folding beds available. Bookings are essential so please contact The Blenheim Randwick to confirm before your arrival.
Are there cooking facilities?
A shared guest kitchen with basic facilities is available.
Are there laundry facilities?
Shared laundry facilities are available for guests to use at an additional cost.
Do you have a gym?
No, there are no gym facilities at the property.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets. We do allow service animals, please speak with the property before your arrival if you will be travelling with a service animal.
Are there smoking rooms available?
No, our property and rooms are all smoke-free in accordance with NSW Legislation.
Is on-site parking available?

Limited parking is available at The Blenheim Randwick at a cost of $25 per car per day. These spaces cannot be guaranteed so please call our reception directly to discuss before your arrival.

Other than that, unfortunately, Randwick only offers on-street parking with limited time restrictions.

The closest underground option is a 4-min walk: the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, 180 Avoca St. The first 2 hours are free - $35 for 7+ hours.

There is also a second underground parking:‘The Spot’ Wilson Parking, 49-55 St Pauls St, next to the Ritz cinema (9-min walk). The fIrst 30 min are free and then it is $4/hour - $20 for 3+ hours. There is an 'Early Bird' price of $12 from Monday to Friday with entry between 6 am & 11 am and exit between 2 pm & 7 pm. Please check with the parking station for current prices; 1800 727 546.

What restaurants and bars are nearby?
There are many dining options nearby, including those located on Belmore Road and in The Spot, around Perouse Road and St Pauls Street. Head to the Explore page and check out the 'Eat' and 'Drink' tabs for more information.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, a Coles supermarket and a Woolworths supermarker are both located off Belmore Road. They are both approximately a 3 minute walk from The Blenheim Randwick.
Are there any shopping locations nearby?

Yes, there are many shopping locations nearby including:

  • Royal Randwick Shopping Centre
  • Randwick Plaza
  • Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction

Is there a hospital nearby?
The Prince of Wales Hospital, Royal Women's Hospital and Sydney Children's Hospital are all located nearby, approximately 200m from The Blenheim Randwick.
How do I get there?


By bus: Route 400 operated by Sydney Buses runs between Bondi Junction and Burwood, stopping at both the T1 International and T3 Domestic terminals. Follow signs to the clearly marked bus stops located in the arrivals level outside each of these terminals. You will require an Opal Card to travel, purchased from the station, Relay or WH Smith.

By taxi/rideshare: Approximately 25-30 minutes. Follow signs to the taxi rank at the front of all terminals. For rideshare arrange to meet your driver at the dedicated priority pick-up area.
