What are the reception's operating hours?

7:00AM - 10:00PM

What time is check-in?

What time is check-out?

Please note: Our GWB members receive a late check-out of 12:00PM.

These guests should visit Reception staff to secure this free late check-out.

Can I store my luggage?
Yes, if you arrive prior to 2PM and your room is not ready, we would be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room.

What is the cancellation policy?

FLEXIBLE RATE:

If you have booked the Flexible Rate (excluding Stay & Save Promotions), cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to 2pm on your arrival date. Any booking modifications, including date changes and/or a full cancellation of your booking made within 48 hours of 2pm on your arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to the value of the first night booked. Any booking modifications requested after check in must occur at least 48 hours prior to the change taking place to avoid any charges.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:

If you have booked the Non-Refundable Rate; or any Stay & Save Promotion, any cancellation will incur the full cost of the booking. Booking modifications, including date changes are not allowed. Non-Refundable bookings will be charged in full upon booking confirmation.

NEW YEARS EVE BOOKINGS:

If any night of the booking falls between 26 December and 1 January (inclusive) are non-refundable and will be charged upon booking confirmation. This policy supersedes any other terms written anywhere else for stay dates between 26 December and 1 January (inclusive).

Are the rooms serviced daily?
Yes, rooms are serviced daily by housekeeping. A full linen change is provided every third day.
Is internet access provided?
Yes, we offer free unlimited wireless internet for all guests booking direct. If you have booked through a third party we also offer free wireless internet, however data limitations may apply.
Do you have a lift / elevator?
Yes. There is lift access to all four floors of the property.
Are baby cots and extra beds available?
Yes, there are baby cots available. Bookings are essential so please contact Perouse Lodge to confirm before your arrival. Roll-a-way beds are not available.
Are there cooking facilities?
A shared guest kitchen with basic facilities is available.
Are there laundry facilities?
Shared laundry facilities are available for guests to use at an additional cost.
Do you have a gym?
No, there are no gym facilities at the property.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets. We do allow service animals, please speak with the property before your arrival if you will be travelling with a service animal.
Are there smoking rooms available?
No, our property and rooms are all smoke-free in accordance with NSW Legislation.
Is on-site parking available?
No, there is no on-site parking available at Perouse Lodge. Limited nearby street parking is available. Off-site parking is available at the Wilson parking station at the Randwick Ritz Cinema. Access is via St Pauls Street at The Spot and it is only a 5 minute walk to Perouse Lodge. Please check with the parking station for current prices; 1800 727 546.
What restaurants and bars are nearby?
There are many dining options nearby, including those located in The Spot, around Perouse Road and St Pauls Street. Head to the Explore page and check out the 'Eat' and 'Drink' tabs for more information.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, a Coles supermarket and a Woolworths supermarker are both located off Belmore Road. They are both approximately a 6 minute walk from Perouse Lodge.
Are there any shopping locations nearby?

Yes, there are many shopping locations nearby including:

  • Royal Randwick Shopping Centre
  • Randwick Plaza
  • Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction

Is there a hospital nearby?
Yes, The Prince of Wales Hospital, Royal Women's Hospital and Sydney Children's Hospital are all located nearby, approximately 300m from Perouse Lodge.
