Use the code provided to you – We will provide you with an access code when you check in with us. If you are arriving after hours, we will send your access code to your email address.
Use your smartphone as a key via the app – If you would like to use your smartphone as your room key, download the Goki app to get started:
Use the Res No provided to search for your booking and add it to your profile.
Note: You will still be able to use the code provided to you to access your room.
Request a key card from our friendly Front Office team during office hours.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Press the tick or the button in the middle of the lock after your code to release the door. You should see a green light.
- Always remember to wake up the lock by pressing the X or the button in the middle of the lock prior to entering your code.
- The code provided to you will unlock the main door as well as your room door – don’t forget it!
