Are you located near the Hospitals in Randwick?

We are right across the road, so in other words, we are perfectly located (5 minute walk) to the Prince of Wales Hospital, Prince of Wales Private Hospital, Royal Hospital for Women, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Nelune Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Sydney Surgical Centre. If you have mobility issues, our friendly team will gladly arrange a taxi to drop you off at the door.

Our well-established properties are experienced in welcoming guests who are hospital patients, carers, and hospital staff. Some guests are heading to Sydney from regional NSW or overseas for a specialist appointment, surgery, treatment, or even to have a baby! Other guests might be visiting a family member who is in hospital. Our properties will offer you comfort and proximity to help ease a little bit of the stress and worries that can be associated with an illness or diagnosis. Where can I find the best rates?

The best rates can be found when booking direct! Use Promo Code ‘HEALTH12’ on our website or quote it to our friendly Front Desk Team when making your booking over the phone or via email. Are there cooking facilities?

A shared guest kitchen with basic facilities is available in all 3 Randwick properties. The shared kitchens at Avoca Randwick and Perouse Randwick have a cooktop for our guests to use as well. At High Cross Randwick, there is no cooktop in the shared kitchen but we have an outdoor barbecue area for our guests to use. For more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Are there laundry facilities?

Shared laundry facilities are available for guests to use at a small additional cost.

Is on-site parking available?

There is very limited on-site parking available at our Randwick properties and on-street parking with time restrictions is also available near the properties. Parking Rangers patrol regularly so we recommend that you take care to follow the signs displayed.

The closest underground option is a 4-min walk: “The Spot” Wilson Parking, 49-55 St Pauls St, next to the Ritz cinema. The first 30 min are free and then $4/hour – $20 for 3+ hours. There is an ‘Early Bird’ price of $12 from Monday to Friday with entry between 6 am & 11 am and exit between 2 pm & 7 pm. Please check with the parking station for current prices; 1800 727 546.

Another option is the Hospital Carpark. The entrance is on Barker St. Prices start at $5.20 for 30 minutes and the maximum daily rate is $31.20. Please check with the parking station for additional information; 02 9326 7233. You may qualify for the concessional parking which is very well-priced – see the enquiries desk at the hospital for more information. There is also underground parking at the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, 180 Avoca St (7-min walk). The first 2 hours are free – $35 for 7+ hours.

Is there a grocery store nearby?

Yes, a Coles supermarket and a Woolworths supermarket are both located off Belmore Road. They are both approximately a 6 minute walk away.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Yes, there are baby cots available. Bookings are essential so please contact us to confirm before your arrival. Roll-a-way beds are not available but some rooms allow for bedding to be changed. For more information, please contact us

Do you offer luggage storage?

Yes, if you arrive prior to 2 pm and your room is not ready, we would be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room.
