The main CBD retail precinct in fits into just a few blocks – the 4 main streets of the CBD that run parallel from north to south from Circular Quay to the Town Hall are Elizabeth, Castlereagh, Pitt and George Streets.
The shopping precinct sits along these 4 streets in between the cross streets of Martin Place and Park Street to the south.
With the installation of the new Sydney Light Rail coming from our Randwick Properties is easy and takes about 20 mins, the majority of George Street down the retail shopping precinct end is now a pedestrian mall area, making it safer to carry lots of shopping bags!
Pitt Street Mall
Pitt Street Mall is located in the heart of The Sydney CBD and is Australia’s busiest and most cosmopolitan shopping precinct boasting retail centres Myer, David Jones, Glasshouse, Sydney Arcade, Westfield Sydney, Mid City Shopping Centre and The Strand Arcade.

The Queen Victoria Building
The Queen Victoria Building, now affectionately known as the QVB, was built in 1898 and is located 455 George St across the road from Sydney’s Town Hall (underground pedestrian tunnel connects you to the Town Hall train station). Rich in history and architecturally splendid, the Queen Victoria Building (QVB) occupies an entire block and has over 180 of Sydney’s finest fashion boutiques, jewellery shops and homewares, accompanied by delightful cafes and restaurants.
